Deban is in pre-release. The download opens the latest GitHub release; a signed, notarized .dmg with automatic updates will replace it before public launch.

Install

  1. Open the .dmg and drag Deban to Applications.
  2. On first launch, allow Screen & System Audio Recording. That is how Deban hears the other participants; it does not look at your screen.
  3. Optionally allow the Microphone so your own remarks are recorded.
  4. Paste your LLM API key. Speech recognition works without it; alerts, translation and minutes need it.

Update

Deban checks for updates on launch and once a day, downloads in the background and offers "Install and Relaunch". Your data lives outside the app bundle and is never touched by an update.
